Shrimp Salmon asian salad

This is a salad that I make very often, because of how simple it is to prepare.


  • Raw salmon
  • Shrimp
  • Avocado
  • Spinach or any other green you have
  • Mango (optional)
  • For the sauce: Peanut butter (just a bit), sesame oil, fresh ginger and lemon

Just mix it all together and enjoy it!

  1. Ani I made this salad today, it was really easy to make and delicious, I just added a little bit of cilantro, Gabriel also loved it. First time I make a dressing with peanut butter, what a great idea!! Thank you for posts I will keep trying your recipes and share my thoughts with you!
